EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
Got the wrong size, or item not to your fit or liking? We've got you covered!
- All exchanges and refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit. You will be issued an online discount code equivalent to the purchase price of the items (excluding postage).
- Exchanges & refunds can be done within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
- Items returned must be in original brand new condition with original tags and packaging intact, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered in order to be acknowledged.
- Purchase of sale or promotional items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All postage or delivery costs will have to be born by the customer.
- In the event that a wrong item is sent, we will cover the respective delivery and shipping costs.
- To exchange or refund an item, kindly email us at aeipathystore@gmail.com and we will guide you on the refund process :)
Please note that Aeipathy reserves the right to reject any requests for an exchange or refund if the case does not adhere to our terms and conditions.
